Many have tried describing you

Philosophers, scientists, wise men

But they have all terribly failed

You are so complicated

Always camouflaging

Happy today, sad tomorrow

Live today, dead tomorrow

Laughing today, crying tomorrow

What are you

Or rather, what do you want

I too have failed in describing you

Probably it is fair to say no one will

Nevertheless, life is worth living

There is plenty of time to be dead

This marked the first and the largest anti-femicide demonstration in the country that saw women and feminists take to the streets to march against the rising cases of femicide. Femicide is one of the most extreme forms of gender-based violence in Kenya. It is defined as the intentional killing of women and girls just by their nature of being women. It lays its distinction from other forms of murder or harm by the specific target it has on women just because of their gender. More than ten (10) states have positively embraced this transformative technology to enhance efficiency and accessibility of government services. In Tanzania, farmers are now using an AI assisted app called Nuru to detect crop diseases while in South Africa computer scientists have built AI models to analyze the impact of racial segregation [1] .
