Yet call no man wise, who is just to shout what ADR is or is not.
For wisdom lies in doing as saying than vacant vibration of lips.
And prudent is who has seen ADR as the first fine flower of justice.
With roots enmeshed even deep in the village.
Where ADR is the Panadol of rural idiocy.
As can be the elixir of urban mediocrity.
And this can cut clear court costs.
Taming too the filing time to half a day.
In listening. In probing. In dialogue. In caucus.
Sprouting from the stem of cordial correspondence.
See the impartial mediator raking ruffled minds.
To unearth their deep-seated issues as icebergs.
By themselves. From themselves. With themselves. As it stings in themselves. For themselves.
Inquiries are the pointers of truth.
Negotiators are two wings of the dove of fairness.
Arbitrators are neurons linking the mess voltage and the settlement headache.
Thus, on the battlefield of injustices, pick the pickaxe nearest and rapport repairing: ADR.
