A LAWYER'S HEART STILL SINGS

They say law school strips the poetry from your soul, replacing it with rigid reasoning, cold logic,
and footnotes longer than the argument itself. But the human condition demands more. The
courtroom and the stage both require mastery of language.
With my law school experience so far, I can say that a well-crafted legal argument, much like a
poem, must persuade, evoke emotion, and leave an imprint. At times, even the law itself is
poetic.
So here I am—a law student who still embraces poetry. A jurist at heart, but also a dreamer.
Through this space, I will explore the delicate intersections of law, love, and philosophy. I’ll write
about justice, not just as a legal construct but as a profound human experience. Some days, I’ll
speak in reasoned arguments; other days, in whispered verses.
If you, too, believe that law is more than statutes and that justice deserves a melody, your
insights are more than welcome. Let’s see where this journey takes us. Does your heart still
sing?
